Back Squats: 135 - 3x6
Took a week off for vacation. Worked up to a heavy 3x3 then backed down to 135lbs for a lil burn out.
Hurt my knee playing basketball on January 30th. And I took of the whole next week off from the gym. Even upper body. But starting back up this week, just upper body now. The knee won’t be well for a while. Squats and Deads are out of the question. Now I feel like such a BRO.
