Back Squats: 225 - 3x3
Hurt my knee playing basketball on January 30th. And I took of the whole next week off from the gym. Even upper body. But starting back up this week, just upper body now. The knee won’t be well for a while. Squats and Deads are out of the question. Now I feel like such a BRO.

Not happy with the depth but just coming off a knee injury. Started light to get back into the swing of things. Don’t want really bad DOMS
Gonna start uploading all my major lifts so you all can see my progress. Don’t hate gonna start out light, just getting back into the game. I should be progressing pretty fast… I hope! Won’t be showing the accessory work I do in the vids until I start editing them on a computer and not on my phone. So I will just be showing one set of the 3 major lifts. All in a 5x5 format.
